  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Coat the shrimp in the seasoned flour mixture.
  2. Fry the shrimp in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  3. Prepare the sweet chili sauce by simmering ingredients until thickened.
  4. Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, chives, and red pepper flakes before serving.
