- 1 pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls (12-count)
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish. Evenly sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the base.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush generously over the tops.
- Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into individual sliders. Serve hot.
