Sweet, salty, and totally addictive snack idea for all occasions!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzels, broken
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (optional)
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or chunks (melted)
  • Sea salt flakes (for topping – optional, but highly recommended!)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and silky.
  2. Pour melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread evenly into a thin layer.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the melted chocolate and use a knife or skewer to swirl it through.
  4. Scatter the broken pretzels and roasted peanuts over the swirled base. Gently press them in so they stick.
  5. Pop the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes or until fully set. Once hardened, break it into bark-style pieces.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • For a nut-free version, skip the peanuts and use sunflower seed butter instead.
