  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  4. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  5. Drop dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool.
