Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup thick caramel sauce (plus extra for swirling)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until silky smooth.
  2. Add Vanilla for Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Fold in the Caramel: Gently mix in the caramel sauce, leaving a few streaks for swirls.
  4. Pour & Swirl: Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan. Drizzle extra caramel on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Chill to Set: Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm. Slice into squares.
