Easy Valentine dessert with graham cracker crust, fudgy brownie layer, and toasted marshmallow topping.

  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups large marshmallows
  • ½ cup melted chocolate
  • Chocolate chunks or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour batter over crust. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Top with marshmallows. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes. Broil for 30–60 seconds to toast.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks or sprinkles. Cool before slicing.
