1 tsp vanilla extract
10 oz white chocolate chips (for melting)
1 cup rainbow sprinkles (plus more for rolling)
Instructions
Heat-treat your cake mix (microwave 1 minute or bake at 350°F for 5 mins). Combine with melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
Scoop and roll dough into 1-inch balls. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Melt white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, then immediately roll in rainbow sprinkles.
Let the truffles set on parchment paper. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
