1 lb imitation crab meat (or real crab), shredded or chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp finely diced red onion
1 tbsp chopped celery (optional for crunch)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
Shred or roughly chop your crab meat (imitation or real) and add it to the dressing.
Mix in the red onion, celery (if using), and parsley.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Spoon onto crackers, croissants, lettuce cups, or enjoy straight from the bowl.
Notes
This salad can be served on a variety of bases including crackers, croissants, and lettuce cups.
For best flavour, allow the salad to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
