Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls are a delightful holiday appetizer that are crispy, juicy, and totally crave-worthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing (your favorite boxed or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or chopped fresh)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing or pan-frying)
  • Optional: turkey gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, parsley, eggs, and seasonings.
  2. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, roll mixture into golf-ball-sized portions.
  3. For crispy edges, pan-fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden on all sides (about 3–4 minutes) or bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Serve warm with a side of gravy or a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  5. Garnish with extra parsley or toasted pecans if desired.
