Ingredients
Scale
1 pack (12-count) sweet Hawaiian rolls
2 cups cooked shredded turkey (or deli-style)
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
8 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the entire slab intact.
Layer the shredded turkey, slices of cheese, and a generous amount of cranberry sauce between the top and bottom halves of the rolls.
Place the assembled sandwich slab into the greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and additional parsley if desired.
Slice into individual sliders and serve hot.
Notes
Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey or deli turkey for convenience.
Swap cranberry sauce for fig jam or onion chutney for a twist.
Provolone or Swiss cheese both work great—use your favorite melty cheese.
Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
