A refreshing tropical pineapple smoothie bowl that is creamy, naturally sweet, and topped with fresh fruits and a nutty drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (almond, coconut, or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 fresh pineapple, halved and hollowed (for serving)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise and carefully hollow out the center. Set aside the shell for serving.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth. Add a splash more milk if needed, but keep it thick.
  4. Spoon smoothie mixture into the hollowed pineapple halves.
  5. Top with banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, granola, and shredded coconut.
  6. Warm peanut butter slightly and drizzle generously over the top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon!

Notes

  • Add chia seeds for extra texture.
  • Swap peanut butter for almond butter.
  • Top with kiwi or mango for extra tropical vibes.
  • Use frozen fruit for the thickest texture.
  • Freeze the pineapple shell 10 minutes before filling for extra chill.
  • Don’t overblend or it becomes too runny.
