Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 Reese’s cups (halved or whole, for stuffing)
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s chips or minis
  • 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  2. Scoop 2 tbsp dough, flatten, place a Reese’s cup inside, and shape into a ball. Repeat with remaining dough.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  4. Press Reese’s chips on top and drizzle with melted chocolate.

Notes

  • Chill dough 10 minutes for thicker cookies
  • Use dark chocolate drizzle for contrast
  • Enjoy slightly warm for gooey centers
