TOASTED MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS are easy delights that combine the flavors of toasted marshmallows and rich chocolate, creating a delicious no-bake treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups large marshmallows, halved

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9×13 pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and add vanilla.
  3. Spread chocolate mixture over the crust and top with halved marshmallows.
  4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Cool completely and slice into bars.

Notes

  • For a more intense marshmallow flavor, use mini marshmallows instead of large ones.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • These bars can be served warm or chilled.
