Ingredients

  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 lobster tails, cleaned and split
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant milk
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes for 15–20 minutes. Mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear for 4–5 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic. Cook lobster flesh-side down for 4–5 minutes, flipping once. Add lemon juice and parsley.
  4. Plate the mashed potatoes, top with steak, then lobster. Drizzle garlic butter over all and garnish with parsley.

  • Add green beans or asparagus for a colorful side.
  • Swap mashed potatoes with cauliflower for a low-carb option.
