Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz lo mein or ramen noodles (cooked & drained)
  • ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, sliced)
  • 1 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • For the Stir-Fry Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Sear steak pieces until browned (2–3 mins), then set aside. Sauté shrimp until pink and juicy.
  2. In the same skillet, toss in garlic, carrots, and spinach. Stir-fry until the veggies are tender but still have bite.
  3. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until noodles are fully coated.
  4. Add back shrimp and steak. Mix gently and cook 1–2 more minutes until everything’s heated through.
  5. Plate it up hot, sprinkle with extra chili flakes or green onions if desired.

Notes

  • This dish is a quick dinner winner!
  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less crushed red pepper.
  • For a vegetarian option, substitute shrimp and steak with tofu or additional vegetables.
