- 8 oz lo mein or ramen noodles (cooked & drained)
- ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, sliced)
- 1 cup carrots (julienned)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- For the Stir-Fry Sauce:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional for heat)
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Sear steak pieces until browned (2–3 mins), then set aside. Sauté shrimp until pink and juicy.
- In the same skillet, toss in garlic, carrots, and spinach. Stir-fry until the veggies are tender but still have bite.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until noodles are fully coated.
- Add back shrimp and steak. Mix gently and cook 1–2 more minutes until everything’s heated through.
- Plate it up hot, sprinkle with extra chili flakes or green onions if desired.
Notes
- This dish is a quick dinner winner!
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less crushed red pepper.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute shrimp and steak with tofu or additional vegetables.
