A gourmet stuffed salmon roll filled with crab and shrimp, perfect for an easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet (skinless, butterflied)
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Lemon slices and dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Carefully butterfly the salmon fillet to create an even layer.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, chopped shrimp, crab, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the filling evenly over the salmon and gently roll it up from one end to the other.
  4. Place the roll seam-side down on a greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Top with lemon slices and fresh dill. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
