12 large strawberries
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Mini chocolate chips or edible black pearls (eyes)
Tiny orange/yellow sprinkle (nose)
Instructions
Prep the strawberries: Wash, dry, and trim the leafy tops so they stand upright. Slice off the pointed tips to form Santa hats.
Make the whipped cream: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Keep chilled.
Build the Santa faces: Pipe a swirl of cream on each strawberry base to make Santa’s beard and face. Place the strawberry tip back on top like a little hat.
Add the cute details: Attach eyes using mini chocolate chips or edible pearls. Add a tiny sprinkle or candy for the nose. Pipe beard texture and a pom-pom on the hat.
Finish with snow: Dust lightly with powdered sugar for a snowy effect. Chill until serving.
Notes
Use very dry strawberries so the cream doesn’t slip.
