  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut thawed puff pastry into squares and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  2. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and flaky.
  3. Mix strawberries with sugar, lemon juice, and strawberry jam to make the filling.
