1½ cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 cups mini marshmallows
3 tbsp butter
4 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1 cup mini pretzel sticks, lightly crushed
Extra pretzels for garnish
Drizzle of melted caramel or white chocolate (optional)
Instructions
Mix crushed chocolate graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press firmly into a lined 9×9 pan.
Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in rice cereal, crushed pretzels, and freeze-dried strawberries.
Press the marshmallow mix over the crust layer while warm. Use greased hands or wax paper to flatten evenly.
Top with pretzel pieces and drizzle with melted caramel or white chocolate.
Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Slice into squares and serve chilled or room temp.
