1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
Spread the Peanut Butter Layer: Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread melted peanut butter evenly over the surface.
Add the Chocolate Layer: Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread gently.
Top with Strawberries and Salt: Arrange fresh sliced strawberries on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Chill and Break: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Once set, break into pieces.
