Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
  2. Spread the Peanut Butter Layer: Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread melted peanut butter evenly over the surface.
  3. Add the Chocolate Layer: Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread gently.
  4. Top with Strawberries and Salt: Arrange fresh sliced strawberries on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
