  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional drizzle)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Extra strawberries for garnish
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
  4. Spoon cheesecake filling into the center and seal edges tightly to form a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down in baking dish. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dumplings.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Warm heavy cream slightly and drizzle over hot dumplings. Add caramel sauce.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh strawberries and mint.
