Indulge in this creamy Steak & Shrimp Garlic Pasta, a luxurious surf and turf dinner idea that’s perfect for weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • ½ lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a hot skillet and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy.
  2. In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil and sauté shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and tender. Set aside with steak.
  3. Lower heat, add remaining oil and sauté garlic until golden. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until thick and creamy.
  4. Cook pasta until al dente. Toss into the sauce with fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  5. Plate pasta, pile on steak and shrimp, and sprinkle with parsley.
