Scale
1 package wonton wrappers
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press one wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add spinach and chopped artichokes, then mix until smooth.
Spoon a generous amount of the spinach-artichoke mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup.
Pop the tray back into the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are bubbly and the edges golden brown.
Sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
