Spinach Artichoke Wonton Cups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines creamy spinach artichoke dip with crispy wonton wrappers, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press one wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add spinach and chopped artichokes, then mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the spinach-artichoke mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup.
  4. Pop the tray back into the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are bubbly and the edges golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
