Spicy Seafood Linguine is a bold and flavorful dish featuring linguine pasta tossed with shrimp, mussels, and a spicy marinara sauce.

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb mussels, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil linguine until al dente for the ultimate pasta texture win. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic and crushed red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and white wine. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  4. Toss in shrimp and mussels. Cover and cook until mussels open and shrimp turn pink.
  5. Add cooked linguine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss everything together until coated.
