- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb mussels, cleaned
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Boil linguine until al dente for the ultimate pasta texture win. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic and crushed red pepper flakes until fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and white wine. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Toss in shrimp and mussels. Cover and cook until mussels open and shrimp turn pink.
- Add cooked linguine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss everything together until coated.

- Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes to control the spiciness.
- Ensure mussels are cleaned properly before cooking.
