4 small round bread rolls (sourdough or Italian)
8 oz cooked spaghetti
1 ½ cups marinara or meat sauce (your favorite)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Hollow and Toast the Bread Bowls: Slice off the tops of each bread roll and hollow out the centers. Brush insides with melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley. Toast in the oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
Cook Up That Saucy Spaghetti: Toss the cooked spaghetti with warm marinara or meat sauce until fully coated.
Stuff Those Bowls Like a Boss: Pile the saucy spaghetti into each bread bowl and press down slightly.
Top with All the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan generously over the spaghetti.
Bake to Melt & Perfection: Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with extra parsley.

Use your favorite marinara or meat sauce for best flavor.
Feel free to add vegetables or proteins to the spaghetti mix.
