Ingredients
Scale
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1 ½ cups chopped Snickers bars
Sea salt flakes for garnish
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to form the crust. Press firmly into a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
Pour filling over the crust and bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door slightly open to prevent cracks.
Once cooled and chilled, pour caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
Top with chopped Snickers bars and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Notes
Let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours before serving for best texture.
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
