1 package snickerdoodle cookies (or soft sugar cookies with cinnamon)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional, for extra warmth)
Ground cinnamon & sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Crush the cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate and dip each chilled ball until coated.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
Freezing the truffles before dipping helps prevent cracking.
