Snickerdoodle Truffles are a no-bake cinnamon dessert featuring a spiced cream cheese center coated in white chocolate. Perfect for holiday gatherings or festive treats.

  • 1 package snickerdoodle cookies (or soft sugar cookies with cinnamon)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional, for extra warmth)
  • Ground cinnamon & sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate and dip each chilled ball until coated.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
