- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Extra graham cracker crumbs + marshmallows for topping
- Mix flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat melted butter with sugars, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in buttermilk.
- Fold dry mix into the wet ingredients. Gently stir in chocolate chips and half the marshmallows.
- Spoon batter into muffin liners, filling ¾ full. Top with more chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes. Optional: toast marshmallow tops under a broiler.
