1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1½ cups mini marshmallows
Optional: chocolate chunks or Hershey’s squares for stuffing
Instructions
Cream the Cookie Dough: Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, then beat again. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the Campfire Flavors: Gently fold in chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
Scoop & Stuff: Scoop 2 tbsp of dough per cookie. Flatten slightly, add a few mini marshmallows or a chunk of chocolate inside, and top with more dough.
Bake ‘Em Good: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers look just set. Let cool for 5 mins.
Serve & Devour: Serve warm for that ultimate chocolate pull moment and campfire cookie goodness.

Best enjoyed with cold milk or straight off the tray.
