- Crushed graham crackers (for topping)
- Cream butter and sugars, then mix in milk and vanilla before folding in flour and chocolate chips.
- Press cookie dough evenly into a parchment-lined rectangle.
- Fold softened ice cream with whipped topping, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Spread filling over cookie dough and carefully roll into a log.
- Freeze until firm, then drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with marshmallows and graham crumbs.
