  • 3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Kalamata or green olives
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh dill for garnish

For the Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

1️⃣ Soft-Boil the Eggs:

  • Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
  • Lower eggs in and cook for 7 minutes for a soft yolk.
  • Transfer to ice water, then peel and slice in half.

2️⃣ Prepare the Plate:

  • Arrange smoked salmon, sliced avocado, soft-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and olives on a plate.

3️⃣ Drizzle & Garnish:

  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the avocado and salmon.
  • Sprinkle black sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and fresh dill.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
