- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayo (or Greek yogurt for a twist)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (plus extra for garnish)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 2–3 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, and chives in a bowl until smooth.
- Slice croissants open and lightly toast them.
- Fill each croissant with shrimp and creamy filling.
