1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Spread butter on bread slices and layer with cheeses, shrimp, garlic, and parsley.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices and grill in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
