Shrimp Crab Nachos are a cheesy, crunchy, and ultimate seafood party stack that combines shrimp and crab for a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 small corn tortillas (cut in halves or quarters)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brush tortilla halves with olive oil and bake at 375°F for 8–10 mins until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp and crab with cumin, garlic powder, diced tomato, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. On a baking sheet or dish, layer tortillas, a scoop of seafood mix, then a blend of both cheeses. Repeat layers.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  5. Top with chopped cilantro and slice into squares. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding jalapeños or avocado.
  • Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
