  • 1 bag tortilla chips (thick cut, restaurant style)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, sauté shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, and Old Bay until just pink. Stir in crab meat, season, and remove from heat.
  2. On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips generously. Scatter shrimp and crab mixture over top.
  3. Sprinkle Monterey Jack and mozzarella evenly across the nachos. Add jalapeño slices for a kick.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with lime wedges.
