1 bag tortilla chips (thick cut, restaurant style)
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
In a hot skillet, sauté shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, and Old Bay until just pink. Stir in crab meat, season, and remove from heat.
On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips generously. Scatter shrimp and crab mixture over top.
Sprinkle Monterey Jack and mozzarella evenly across the nachos. Add jalapeño slices for a kick.
Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with lime wedges.
Notes
For extra spice, add more jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce.
