Shrimp Crab Nacho Sticks are the ultimate cheesy party snack that combines shrimp and crab meat with gooey cheese, wrapped in crispy tortillas.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat (drained & flaked)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp jalapeños, minced (optional for heat)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 10 flour tortillas (small size)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Cheesy Seafood Filling: Combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, jalapeños, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well until gooey and packed.
  2. Wrap ‘Em Tight: Spoon filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly into stick shapes, and seal edges with a bit of egg wash.
  3. Bread ‘Em Up: Dip each stick in flour, then beaten eggs, then coat generously in panko.
  4. Fry to Golden Perfection: Heat oil to 350°F and fry sticks until golden and crispy — about 2–3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the hot sticks and serve with spicy mayo or sweet chili sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
  • These sticks can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
