Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
1/2 cup lump crab meat (drained & flaked)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp jalapeños, minced (optional for heat)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
10 flour tortillas (small size)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
Mix the Cheesy Seafood Filling: Combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, jalapeños, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well until gooey and packed.
Wrap ‘Em Tight: Spoon filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly into stick shapes, and seal edges with a bit of egg wash.
Bread ‘Em Up: Dip each stick in flour, then beaten eggs, then coat generously in panko.
Fry to Golden Perfection: Heat oil to 350°F and fry sticks until golden and crispy — about 2–3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the hot sticks and serve with spicy mayo or sweet chili sauce.
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
These sticks can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
