Ingredients

  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab or real crab meat (shredded)
  • 1 green onion (finely sliced)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, shrimp, green onion, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides, roll tightly, and seal with a bit of water.
  3. Heat oil to 350°F and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes each side.
  4. Let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate to stay crisp.
  5. Serve with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dip.

  • These egg rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
  • Adjust the filling ingredients to your taste preferences.
