Shrimp Crab Cheese Rolls are flaky seafood pastries filled with a creamy mixture of shrimp, crab, and cheeses, making them the perfect party snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • ½ cup lump crab meat (drained, no shells)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onion, and spices.
  2. Roll out the pastry slightly and cut into 4 even squares.
  3. Spoon the filling into the center of each square. Fold pastry over, crimp the edges with a fork, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush each roll with egg wash. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley while warm. Serve hot and gooey.
