- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 lb crab meat (lump or imitation)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup seafood stock (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or cheddar muffin mix (like Red Lobster mix)
- 1/2 cup additional cheddar cheese (for topping)
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery, and garlic until softened.
- Slowly whisk in seafood stock and heavy cream. Let simmer until thick and creamy.
- Add shrimp, crab, parsley, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop filling into ramekins or a large baking dish. Top with biscuit dough or cheddar muffin batter.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until the top is puffed, golden, and bubbly.
