  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ cup sour cream or ranch (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in a greased cast iron skillet.
  2. Sprinkle shrimp, crab, tomatoes, and green onions over the biscuits. Add garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Top generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with a side of sour cream or ranch for dipping.
