- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ cup sour cream or ranch (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in a greased cast iron skillet.
- Sprinkle shrimp, crab, tomatoes, and green onions over the biscuits. Add garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning.
- Top generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with a side of sour cream or ranch for dipping.
