9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat, drained
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: more shrimp for topping
Instructions
Make the White Sauce: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then slowly pour in milk. Stir until thickened. Add Old Bay, pepper, and Parmesan. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, parsley, chopped shrimp, and crab.
Layer It Up: Spread a bit of sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles, seafood filling, white sauce, and shredded mozzarella. Repeat until everything is used, topping it off with sauce and more cheese.
Bake to Perfection: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and browned.
Let Rest & Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
