1 French baguette (or sourdough, sliced thick)
½ lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
½ lb lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayo
1 tbsp sour cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Butter (for toasting)
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, green onions, Old Bay, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and shredded mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the baguette into thick rounds. Lightly butter one side and toast on a wire rack or pan until golden.
Spoon generous amounts of the seafood mixture onto each toast round. Place on a wire rack or baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
