Seafood Crescent Bombs are delightful bites filled with a creamy mixture of shrimp and crab, wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup lump crab meat (drained)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 count)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • Optional: Everything bagel seasoning for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, shrimp, crab meat, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll them up tightly.
  4. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each with beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Notes

  • These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite seafood.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce for added flavor.
