Seafood Crescent Bombs are delightful bites filled with a creamy mixture of shrimp and crab, wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
½ cup lump crab meat (drained)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 can crescent roll dough (8 count)
1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Optional: Everything bagel seasoning for topping
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, shrimp, crab meat, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll them up tightly.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each with beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
