  • 4 small round bread loaves
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hollow the Bread: Slice the tops off the bread loaves and scoop out the insides, leaving thick sturdy walls.
  2. Make the Creamy Filling: In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff It Good: Spoon the seafood mixture into each bread bowl, packing it in tight.
