  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes for 10 minutes until just fork-tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with olive oil, melted butter, Old Bay, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Alternate shrimp, sausage, potato, and corn chunks on each skewer.

  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Feel free to customize the ingredients with your favorite seafood or vegetables.
  • Serve with a side of dipping sauce for added flavor.
