- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 baby potatoes, parboiled
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into thick rounds
- 2 ears corn, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Boil baby potatoes for 10 minutes until just fork-tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with olive oil, melted butter, Old Bay, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Alternate shrimp, sausage, potato, and corn chunks on each skewer.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until shrimp is opaque and lightly charred.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to customize the ingredients with your favorite seafood or vegetables.
