A delicious and spicy seafood boil feast that is perfect for gatherings and summer parties.

Ingredients

  • 500g large shrimp
  • 500g crab legs
  • 200g sausage
  • 4 corn cobs, halved
  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water, onion, garlic, lemon, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to boil. Add potatoes for 10 minutes, then corn and sausage for 5 minutes, then shrimp and crab for 5–7 minutes. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic, then add seasonings, lemon juice, and parsley.
  3. Toss seafood and vegetables in butter sauce until coated. Serve hot.

  • Serve with garlic bread or green salad.
  • Add lemon wedges for brightness.
  • Perfect for parties or family feasts.
  • Replace butter with olive oil for a lighter version.
