Easy grab-and-go breakfast muffins loaded with sausage, eggs, and cheese. Perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Non-stick spray or muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in cooked sausage and cheddar cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds before serving.
  • Freeze for up to 1 month.
