Smooth, creamy, chocolate-dipped and decadently gooey salted caramel cheesecake truffles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225g cream cheese
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup crushed biscuits
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar & vanilla. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll into balls & freeze for 30–45 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Dip truffles in the mixture.
  4. Add biscuit crumbs and drizzle with caramel.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes to set.

Notes

  • Freeze filling longer for perfectly round truffles.
  • Use milk chocolate for a sweeter taste.
  • Store chilled for up to 5 days.
